Yes. Choose one pet or two. For two pets, upload a separate photo for each and enter both names together.
What will my print look like?
Your photo, name and message go into the design shown. Redrawing and background removal are not included. All prints are unframed.
Which photo should I use?
A clear, well-lit JPG or PNG up to 15 MB. Leave space around your pet’s face for cropping.
Can I check it before ordering?
Yes. Let the preview finish after each edit. Check every photo and word, and make sure Review matches the preview before continuing.
Where do you ship, and which currency do you use?
We ship to the U.S., Canada and Australia. All prices are in USD. Shipping is charged separately at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Personalization review and production come before shipping. Estimated transit after dispatch: U.S. Economy 4–8 or Standard 2–5 business days; Canada and Australia Standard 10–30 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed.
Need order help?
For damage or print defects, use the support email in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery. Include your order ID and photos of the issue.
