Make it personal: Upload one pet photo, enter their name, and add your chosen message or dates.
Your photo and text are placed into the template shown in the preview. Redrawing and background removal are not included.
Photo tips: Use a clear, well-lit JPG or PNG, up to 15 MB. Keep your pet’s face fully visible with some space around it. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, and blurry photos.
Before you order: Review every detail in the preview. Your uploaded photo and entered text are used to personalize your design.
Delivery to the U.S., Canada & Australia: Each print is made to order. Personalization review and production take place before shipping. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–8 business days with Economy or 2–5 business days with Standard in the U.S. Standard international transit to Canada and Australia is estimated at 10–30 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available methods and final shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address.
Currency & shipping: All prices are in USD, including orders delivered to Canada and Australia. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Please allow extra time when ordering for a special date.
Damaged or defective? Contact the Printify.me support email in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery. Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue. See Order help in the store menu for instructions and the Printify.me reprint & refund policy.
